Cygnet Healthcare is looking for experienced Learning Disabilities Support Workers to join our team working at Cygnet Ashbrook.
You'll be working 42 hours a week (days and nights from 07:45am/pm until 08:00pm/am, including alternative weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Ashbrook.
Cygnet Ashbrook supports individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. Individuals are supported to hold their own tenancy agreement with a registered housing association. Individuals who are interested in living here may have previously been admitted within a hospital setting and are ready for a step-down placement within their local community.
Please note, to apply for this role you need to have a Full UK Driving Licence as you will be required to drive our service users to external activities.
