Talentmark is recruiting for a Product Definition lead to join a company in the medical devices industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is fully site-based in Motherwell.
Salary:
From 22.98 to 25.54 per hour PAYE
Product Definition Lead Role:
Drive the success of our product definition initiatives and guide the technical direction of complex systems.
Manage, coach and develop a team of specialised systems and requirements engineers
Oversee and lead the product definition for technically complex POC systems
Drive requirements engineering, elicitation, and thorough evaluations for completeness
Support the engineering team with technical issue identification, rapid resolution and closure.
Your Background:
Hold a Master's or PhD in engineering, life sciences, or a related scientific subject.
A proven track record of 5 or more years in requirements engineering, systems engineering, or product definition, preferably within the medical device, diagnostics, or a heavily regulated industry.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a true passion for solving problems both individually and in collaborative, interdisciplinary team settings.
A high degree of flexibility, proactiveness, and strategic vision to steer point-of-care platforms in line with global business goals.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and quick-thinking skills, with a track record of translating business and clinical needs into precise requirements.
