The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Lead to join a growing specialist case management provider supporting individuals with complex neurological injuries and long-term conditions.

Reporting directly to the Business Director, you'll play a key role in leading, developing and supporting a team of Case Managers while driving clinical excellence, governance, quality and service development. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Case Manager looking to progress into a senior leadership role within a supportive and expanding organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision and line management to a team of Case Managers.
  • Lead on complex clinical cases, providing expert advice and clinical oversight.
  • Drive CQC compliance, clinical governance and continuous quality improvement.
  • Oversee safeguarding, risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Recruit, mentor and develop members of the clinical team.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, commissioners and multidisciplinary professionals.
  • Contribute to service development and business growth.
  • Promote high standards of clinical practice and professional excellence throughout the service.

About You

Our client is particularly keen to hear from experienced Registered Nurses with a strong background in Case Management and clinical leadership. Exceptional candidates from other relevant clinical backgrounds with significant case management and leadership experience may also be considered.

You will ideally have:

  • Current NMC registration (or relevant professional registration where applicable).
  • Around five years' Case Management experience.
  • Previous line management or leadership experience within a Case Management setting.
  • Experience of CQC standards, compliance and clinical governance.
  • Experience managing complex neurological or catastrophic injury cases.
  • Excellent clinical reasoning, communication and report-writing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

What's on Offer

  • Salary up to £65,000 per annum.
  • Quarterly performance bonus of up to 10%.
  • Hybrid working with flexible working arrangements considered.
  • Monday to Friday working pattern.
  • Opportunity to join a growing and well-established specialist provider.
  • Senior leadership role reporting directly to the Business Director.
  • Ongoing CPD and career development.
  • A varied and rewarding position combining clinical expertise, leadership and service development.

If you're an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong Case Management background and you're ready to take the next step into a senior leadership position, we'd love to hear from you. If you feel this vacancy matches your experience and you are HCPC registered, please get in touch too.
