ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

  • Experience of managing tenancy issues, including anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches, and complex casework.
  • Experience of undertaking home visits, estate inspections, and working within local communities.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential, as the role requires travel across a designated housing patch.
