The Role As a Level 3 Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to children and young people within a residential setting. You will help create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where young people can develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will build positive relationships, support daily routines, and promote positive outcomes for the young people in your care. Key Responsibilities
- Develop positive and trusting relationships with young people
- Support daily living activities and routines

- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
- Support young people to attend education, appointments, and activities
- Participate in recreational and community-based activities

Requirements - Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - Essential
- Previous experience working with children and young people in a residential or similar environment
- A resilient, patient, and caring approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
- Full UK Driving Licence desirable
