Are you a care manager who knows Oxford the streets, the community, the local healthcare network and wants a branch you can genuinely put your stamp on?
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, privately funded home care provider for a Branch Care Manager to take the lead at their Oxford branch. This is a smaller, established branch with real room to grow, and the successful manager will have the backing of a national support structure to do exactly that.
This is a leadership role, not an admin one. You'll hold the CQC registration for the branch, lead a small office team, and be accountable for both the quality of care delivered and the commercial performance of the branch.
