We are looking for a compassionate and motivated SEND Education Support Assistant to join the Resource Centre within Adult Social Care's Adults Provider Services. This is a rewarding interim opportunity supporting young people with special educational needs and disabilities to build confidence, develop independence and achieve meaningful Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) outcomes.
The Role
As a SEND Education Support Assistant, you will provide practical, emotional and educational support to young people with learning disabilities, autism, sensory needs and physical disabilities. Working closely with SEND Progression Mentors, you will help learners participate confidently in centre-based, community and everyday learning activities.
