Your role
As a Children s Residential Support Worker, you will provide day to day care, emotional support, and positive role modelling within a residential care setting.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and young people.
- Support daily routines, education, and independence.
- Help young people manage emotions and behaviours safely.
- Provide a calm and reliable presence during both positive and challenging situations.
- Work closely with the wider care team to deliver consistent, high quality care.
What we are looking for
- At least six months of paid care experience within the last three years.
- At least three months experience supporting children or young people, ideally within a regulated environment.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Being a driver and/or having regular access to a vehicle is advantageous as some clients are in remote places away from public transport.
