We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a brand new Children s Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The Role:
Register with Ofsted as Registered Manager
Recruit, lead, and develop a committed staff team
Establish a nurturing, structured, and therapeutic culture
Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Children s Homes Regulations
Oversee safeguarding and care planning
Drive high standards, quality assurance, and positive Ofsted outcomes
Take full ownership of the home s development and success
About You:
Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) or working towards
Proven leadership experience within a Children s Residential setting
Passionate about improving outcomes for young people with EBD
Full UK driving licence
