Make a Difference Every Day

Are you an organised, proactive administrator looking for a varied and rewarding role? Would you like to be part of a supportive team that helps transform the lives of people recovering from brain injury?

At Head First, we provide specialist assessment, rehabilitation, and case management services to clients and families rebuilding their lives following brain injury. As a growing, innovative organisation, we are committed to delivering exceptional support while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace for our employees.

We are looking for a Case Management Assistant (CMA) to join our friendly and dedicated team based in Tenterden.

About the Role

No two days are the same in this role. As a Case Management Assistant, you will provide vital administrative and coordination support to our Case Managers, clients, support workers, and wider team.

From organising meetings and preparing professional documents to coordinating holidays, assisting with property adaptations, and responding to urgent care staffing requests, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of support.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

What We're Looking For

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A confident communicator, both by telephone and email
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage competing priorities
  • A collaborative team player with a positive approach
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Keen to learn new systems and processes

Previous administrative experience is desirable, but just as important is a willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive team environment.

What We Offer

At Head First, we invest in our people and provide a rewarding and supportive place to work.

  • Comprehensive training and ongoing support
  • In-house training in safeguarding and understanding brain injury
  • Hybrid working:
  • Home working on Mondays and Fridays
  • Office-based in Tenterden on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
  • All IT equipment provided for home working
  • Free on-site parking
  • 5 weeks' annual leave, increasing to 6 weeks after 5 years' service
  • A friendly, inclusive, and collaborative culture
  • The opportunity to contribute ideas and influence the future of the organisation
  • Employee Ownership Trust when the company succeeds, everyone benefits via an annual profit related bonus

Why Join Head First?

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We value teamwork, innovation, and a shared commitment to improving outcomes for our clients. You'll be joining a welcoming and experienced team that works collaboratively, supports one another, and takes pride in making a genuine difference every day.

If you're looking for a role where your organisational skills can have a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
