As a Family Support Worker within the Family Help service at Luton Borough Council, you will play a key role in supporting children, young people, and families to improve their wellbeing, resilience, and overall family functioning. • You will work closely with colleagues across statutory and voluntary sector services to monitor and review progress, ensuring that family needs are regularly assessed and that interventions are adjusted where necessary. This includes evaluating improvements in family resilience and parental capacity to provide safe and supportive care.

Job Purpose
