WHAT OUR QUALITY ENGINEERS DO:

  • Maintain and accurately input data to support the generation of SPC, KPI, and BOS charts, ensuring timely and reliable performance monitoring across operations.
  • Conduct scheduled internal audits in line with quality standards, producing detailed audit reports and raising NCR/CAPA actions where required.
  • Support manufacturing teams with process monitoring and lead robust investigations into product non-conformance, utilising structured problem-solving tools
  • Assist the SHEQ Team Leader during external audits conducted by regulatory bodies and customers, ensuring compliance and readiness.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of quality processes and the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR QUALITY ENGINEERS:
  • Educated to GCSE (NVQ level 2/3) or equivalent
  • Qualified to IOSH Managing Safety (Desirable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous experience of problem-solving techniques and investigations
  • Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment could be an advantage
