About Us: Affinity Children s Care Services is a residential childcare provider, offering a variety of residential placements to young people between the ages of 8 18 who may display emotional, challenging behaviours and often experienced significant adversity/trauma in their young lives.
Our Aim: To create a safe and sustainable nurturing environment for our young people and a developmental and rewarding workplace for our care team. We ensure our team(s) adhere to Ofsted standards and guidelines referencing the Children s Act and Children s Care Standards, Ofsted is the looked after children s regulatory body.
Position: We have the opportunity to appoint a full time Responsible Individual to support and guide the Dual Home Registered Manager to deliver outstanding operational standards within our 2 theraputic EBD children's homes.
The hours of work would be 09:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, where the role will entail you visiting the home and working remotely. There may be an occasion to cover emergency on call in conjuction with the home management team.
