The Role
As First Line Manager, you will be responsible for leading production operations within a manufacturing area, ensuring that production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of production operators on shift.
Deliver production plans safely, efficiently and to quality standards.
Promote and maintain strong SHE and process safety performance.
Coordinate activities with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Supply Chain teams.
Support operational troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
Conduct investigations, Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions where required.
Participate in audits, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage permit-to-work activities and plant preparation for maintenance activities.
Ensure operational documentation and production records are accurately maintained.
Drive housekeeping, 5S and operational excellence standards.
