The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key customer accounts, building long-term relationships while ensuring projects and customer requirements are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Working closely with internal departments including Production, Logistics, Procurement and Finance, you'll coordinate customer orders from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring excellent communication throughout the process. Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with key customer accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and ongoing projects.
Coordinate customer orders from quotation through to delivery.
Liaise closely with Production, Logistics, Procurement and Finance to ensure customer expectations are met.
Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates to customers.
Resolve customer queries and coordinate effective solutions where required.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
Prepare quotations, pricing and commercial documentation.
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information.
Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Essential Experience & Skills
Previous experience in a Key Account Management, Account Management or Customer Relationship role within a manufacturing, engineering, chemical or industrial environment.
Strong commercial awareness with excellent customer relationship skills.
Experience coordinating multiple projects or customer orders simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
