Hub Labeling Manager (Multilingual)

SRG are seeking a detail-oriented Hub Labeling Manager to support regulatory labeling activities across multiple markets with a leading pharmaceutical company. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to compliance, digital innovation, and cross-functional collaboration within a global regulatory environment.
Fluency in English, French, and German is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain regulatory labeling documents (LPDs, LLDs, PLDs) in line with internal procedures and external requirements.
- Develop and compile submission-ready labeling documentation, including annotated labels, change histories, and comparison tables.
- Manage labeling systems and workflows, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
- Perform quality control (QC) reviews of labeling outputs to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regulatory expertise to support submissions and responses to regulatory authorities.
- Contribute to process improvements, digital initiatives, and the adoption of new tools and technologies for labeling activities.
Skills & Experience Required
- Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English, French, and German (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong understanding of regulatory labeling principles and applicable local/global guidelines.
- Experience working with structured data and systems (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, document management tools).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across international teams and quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
