Salary: 65,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonuses

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:
Lead the overall running of the nursing home, ensuring safe, effective, person-centred care delivery.
Ensure full CQC compliance, managing audits, inspections, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.
Recruit, supervise, and develop staff, driving performance, accountability, and team development.
Manage budgets, occupancy levels, and resources to ensure financial and operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement, implementing action plans and improving quality standards and resident outcomes.
Requirements as a Registered Manager:
Proven experience managing a nursing home, with a strong track record of operational leadership and compliance.
Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN (preferred but not essential).
