Senior Residential Support Worker / Residential Support Worker
Salary: £13.50 £15.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire & Hayes, London
Hours: Full-time (including evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and bank holidays on a rota)
G&S Path to Progression is an Ofsted-regulated provider of children's residential homes and supported accommodation for young people aged 5 17. We are looking for caring and committed Residential Support Workers and Senior Residential Support Workers to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Safeguard and support children and young people.
Build positive relationships and promote independence.
Support education, appointments and daily routines.
Complete records and reports.
Follow care plans and behaviour support strategies.
Work with families and partner professionals.
Maintain a safe, nurturing home environment.
Essential Requirements
Right to work in the UK.
Good communication skills.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends and sleep-ins.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
Desirable
Experience working with children or young people.
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it).
Full UK Driving Licence.
