Your new role

  • Act as a first point of contact for HR-related enquiries, responding appropriately or escalating where necessary.

  • Complete Right to Work checks and ensure documentation is maintained accurately.

  • Process contractual changes and employee lifecycle documentation.
  • Administer flexible working applications and other employee requests.
  • Manage employee leavers and ensure all associated administration is completed.
  • Process maternity, paternity, parental leave, jury service, and other statutory leave requirements.
  • Respond to employment reference requests.
  • Administer employee benefits and reward schemes.
  • Coordinate long service awards, recognition programmes, and employee initiatives.
  • Monitor sickness absence records and escalate concerns where appropriate.
