The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and resilient Youth Support Worker to join our team from September 2026. This role involves working closely with young people who may have additional needs such as Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, behavioural needs.
You will play a key role in supporting students both in and out of the classroom, helping them develop confidence, build positive relationships, and engage with their education.
