The role of the Medical Administrator will be too:

  • Provide support to the Practice Manager and wider team
  • Support the Practice safeguarding office in all aspects of patient safeguarding
  • Minute take in practice meetings
  • Provide workflow support

The suitable Medical Administrator will:

  • Have previous work history in a similar fast paced environment
  • Have experience in safeguarding, workflow, SARS and CQC
  • Possess knowledge and experience of EMIS
  • Demonstrate an outgoing, friendly personality with a desire to meet new people
  • Have the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
  • Have the ability to stay calm under pressure and to be able to multi-task in a similar environment
  • Demonstrate a willingness to adapt to the changing working practices of a busy medical environment
  • Have good administrative, IT and keyboard skills

The successful Medical Administrator will receive:

  • 14.50 - 15ph
  • Support and guidance from a friendly and professional team
