Role Purpose

As an Optometrist, you will provide exceptional eye care services while delivering a personalised experience tailored to each patient's individual needs. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of clinical care, supporting the continued success of the practice, and helping to strengthen relationships within the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to the highest professional standards.
• Deliver tailored recommendations based on patients' visual needs and lifestyles.
• Detect, manage, and appropriately refer ocular conditions where necessary.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with patients through exceptional customer care.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and positive patient journey.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all professional and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of clinical services and best practice within the practice.
• Support a patient-centred culture focused on quality, trust, and community engagement.

• GOC-registered Optometrist.
• Strong clinical knowledge and professional judgement.
