Here at FOH we have got a great opportunity to work one on one with patients in regulated and unregulated environments.

We are looking for Support Workers with minimum of 6 months experience working with adults or adolescents with the following:

Duties and responsibilities:

Responding to psychological or emotional crisis in adults and adolescents, utilising de-escalation techniques and intervention strategies.
Providing in-person crisis support in various settings, including homes, schools, hospitals, or community centres, fostering placements and unregulated settings.
Establishing rapport and trust with clients and their families to assess risk, stabilise crisis situations, and ensure immediate safety and emotional support.
Collaborating with clinical leads and multidisciplinary teams to ensure intervention plans are appropriate, with timely documentation and escalation of any changes in client condition or behaviour.
Working with professionals such as schools, young offending and psychotherapy.
