The Role We are seeking Children's Support Workers to provide consistent, compassionate care and practical support to children and young people. This is a varied role requiring flexibility, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing.

Requirements
A relevant qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Care) is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
