We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Complex Care Support Workers to join a care package supporting a client in Thaxted, Essex.
About the Client
The client has complex healthcare needs, including:
- Transverse Myelitis
- Deteriorating spinal condition
- Paralysis
- Bowel care requirements
- Reduced mobility and dependence on support with daily living activities

Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support with activities of daily living
- Delivering bowel care in line with care plans and training provided
- Supporting with repositioning and pressure area care
- Assisting with transfers and mobility needs
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns appropriately
- Promoting independence and social engagement
- Maintaining accurate care records
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience working within complex care settings
- Experience supporting clients with neurological conditions, spinal injuries, or paralysis is desirable
- Confident delivering personal care
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider care team
