Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

A Specialist Educational Needs school (SEN) in Gloucester are seeking a 1-1 support worker to join their team. The school supports a wide range of learners, including many with behavioural and emotional needs, and provide a nurturing and structured environment allowing them thrive and grow.
As part of this role, you will work alongside teaching staff as well as other professionals to provide tailored support to learners. Your role will be essential in helping learners manage and understand their behaviour, engage in learning, and build social and emotional skills. You'll also assist in creating a positive and supportive environment where all learners feel safe, valued, and understood.
