Registered Paediatric Nurse (Private Family Employer)
Location: Sutton Coldfield (B74)
Hours: Flexible day shifts available Monday to Sunday (9 to 36 hours per week) and Waking 12 hour Night Shifts available
We are looking for caring and compassionate Paediatric Nurses to join our established care team supporting our 12-year-old daughter at home and school. She is very sociable and enjoys being around people who are positive, fun and engaging. She has an acquired brain injury with profound physical impairment and requires specialist, person-centred support. This role is 2:1 working alongside a Clinical Support Worker and within a wider multidisciplinary team.
You will have an in-depth knowledge of providing family centred holistic nursing care. You will be clinically competent but also highly skilled in meeting the everyday needs of our daughter from supporting with general daily activities at home and at school to assisting the family with taking their child on holiday.
You must be able to show demonstratable competency, technical and professional expertise in relation to planning, organisational skills and adaptability. You must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to recognise deterioration in both physical and psychological health.
