Care Manager - Domiciliary required for one of the largest care providers in the UK.
£36,628 + Benefits - Exeter based
The Registered Care Manager is to manage the day to day activity and to grow a successful care team who individually deliver personal care services to our service users. In the running of the branch, you will be accountable for ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands, that the care work is of the required standard and that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.
Good compliance & CQC knowledge required!
Currently operates at c.1300hrs with room for growth.
