Job Title: Brand Development Executive - Health, Beauty & Wellness

Location: Kent, Sidcup (Office-based with flexibility once established)
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 DOE + Company Bonus

Hours: 08.30am-5pm Monday to Friday (Flexibility if needed)

Our client is a respected distributor serving a nationwide network of independent pharmacy and retail customers. Working with a diverse portfolio of health, wellness and personal care brands, they help suppliers successfully launch, grow and position their products within the UK market. With ambitious growth plans and investment in both supplier partnerships and their own-brand portfolio, this is an exciting time to join the business.

What's the role about?

This is far more than a traditional marketing role.

You'll become the central point of contact between suppliers, internal stakeholders and external creative partners, ensuring brands have the strategy, visibility and support needed to succeed. You'll help shape launch plans, coordinate campaigns, manage social media activity and take ownership of a growing portfolio of brands.

You'll also play a key role in developing the company's own-label brands, helping to bring new products and ideas to market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate marketing plans for supplier and own-label brands.
Manage a rolling promotional calendar across email campaigns, websites, catalogues and other marketing channels.
Coordinate product launches from concept through to market execution.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, acting as the key point of contact for marketing activity and approvals.
Work alongside sales teams to identify commercial opportunities and maximise brand visibility.
Manage and grow social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
Brief and coordinate external creative resources, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to brand standards.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on results.

Support artwork, packaging and creative updates using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

Requirements

About You

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial awareness and enjoys taking ownership.

You will ideally have:

Previous experience in brand management, marketing, campaign coordination or a similar role.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders, suppliers or brands simultaneously.
Knowledge of social media marketing and campaign execution.
Experience using Canva and ideally Adobe Creative Suite.
A commercial and creative mindset, with the confidence to work independently.
B2B marketing experience, ideally within FMCG, healthcare, wellness, personal care, ecommerce or a related sector.
A genuine interest in health, beauty, wellness or consumer products.
