About the Role:
Step into a founding Speech and Language Therapist role at a new specialist SEMH school, where therapy and education work together all day. You will help shape the therapeutic provision from the ground up, supporting pupils across Key Stages 1 to 3, aged 5 to 14. Your work will help them express their needs, understand others and build positive relationships.
You will assess, plan and deliver therapy within classrooms, advising teachers and working closely with families. The school is just a two-minute walk from Maidstone East station. If you are calm, sensitive and excited to build something new, this is a rare chance to make your mark.
