About the Role
Suffolk County Council is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Family Help Team based at Beacon House, Ipswich.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality social work services to children and families, undertaking assessments and managing complex cases to ensure children receive the right support at the right time.
Location: Beacon House, Ipswich, Suffolk
Rate: 40.50 per hour
Working Pattern: Hybrid working (minimum 3 days per week office-based)
Contract: Full-time

Candidates must be local to Suffolk and able to meet the office attendance requirements.
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975.A DBS check may be applicable for this role, applicants are required to declare any cautions and convictions that are not protected under current filtering rules.
