Support Worker
No experience necessary! Are you patient, empathetic and committed to helping people live fulfilling lives We are seeking a caring Support Worker to help autistic adults build confidence, develop skills and enjoy greater independence in their communities.
Position: Support Worker (Vocational and Community Services)
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Location: Hunslet and Armley, Leeds
Working hours: Monday to Friday, typically 9:00am 4:00pm, with some flexibility required to accommodate support sessions starting earlier or finishing later.

Working across day and outreach settings, you will provide person-centred support that respects each individual s choices, interests and preferred ways of communicating.

You will also have:
Experience supporting autistic people or people with learning disabilities, an understanding of person-centred support, and relevant care qualifications would be welcome but are not essential.
