We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for passionate and professional Massage Therapists to join their team in Bristol.
Our client is looking for skilled therapists who are confident delivering a range of treatments, including Swedish massage, Indian head massage and facials. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is passionate about providing a relaxing, personalised experience for every client.
Both part-time and full-time positions are available, offering an opportunity to suit different working preferences.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality Swedish massage treatments.
Performing Indian head massage and facial treatments.
Conducting client consultations and tailoring treatments to individual needs.
Providing professional advice on suitable treatments and aftercare.
Creating a welcoming, relaxing and professional environment for clients.
Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring equipment is ready for appointments.
Maintaining excellent hygiene, cleanliness and presentation standards.
Building positive relationships with clients and encouraging repeat bookings.
Working as part of a team to ensure a consistently high standard of service.
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:
Level 3 qualifications in massage or beauty therapy.
Experience delivering Swedish massage, Indian head massage and facials.
Excellent practical treatment skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A friendly, professional and approachable manner.
A genuine passion for beauty, massage and wellbeing.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends, which is essential.
