ABOUT THE CARE COORDINATOR ROLE:
As a Care Coordinator, you will play an integral part as one of the key people liaising between our Clients, Support Workers and Package Managers. We are looking for someone who is confident, capable and ready for a challenge. Cover shifts, on-call.
You will need to demonstrate proven ability to coordinate people and systems and work as part of a team, supporting the Package Managers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all communication and documentation to assist our client s rehabilitation is implemented.

SAFEGUARDING:
All members of staff at The AICS Group have a safeguarding responsibility. As part of the role the post holder will undertake mandatory safeguarding as part of their induction. The post holder will be required to ensure that vulnerable adults and children are safeguarded. The role includes a duty to refer any safeguarding concerns they may have to their line manager.

TRAINING:
The AICS Group is committed to offering training and support to all staff. The post holder will be required to attend mandatory training, participate in supervision, annual appraisals and development reviews.
