Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for clinical leadership and delivering exceptional standards of care? We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead to join a prestigious luxury care home in Reigate, Surrey, offering a salary of up to 55,000 per annum.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, premium care provider renowned for delivering outstanding residential, dementia and nursing care. As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee clinical services, lead and develop the nursing team, and ensure the highest standards of care, governance and regulatory compliance.
What's on Offer?
Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN), Leicester 40,000- 45,000
Most clinical leads inherit someone else's system. You get to build yours.
Think about the last time you joined a home. The care plans were already written, the habits already set, and half your first year went on undoing things. This one's different.
This Leicester home is registering for nursing, which means its clinical standards are being set right now, by whoever takes this job. You'll sit alongside a new Registered Manager as their clinical right hand, shaping care planning, clinical governance, supervision and training from the ground up. You'll do about one 12-hour clinical shift a week; the rest is leadership.
It suits a nurse who's ready to step off the treadmill and into influence: someone who enjoys teaching as much as doing, and who would rather set the bar than chase it.
You'll bring:
You'll get: 40,000- 45,000, a real leadership role in a group that invests, and something few nurses can say: "I built that service."
Curious? Call me, Tim Roby at Recruitment Panda, or apply with a CV even if it's not up to date.
