Support Worker
We are seeking caring, enthusiastic Support Workers to help adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs build rewarding lives in Manchester.
Position: Support Worker
Salary: £12.71 to £12.84 per hour, depending on qualifications, plus £67 per sleepover
Location: Manchester
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week.

You will bring energy, patience and an open-minded approach, alongside a strong commitment to respecting people s choices.
You will be comfortable working as part of a team and able to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a sense of humour.
Experience of supporting people with complex needs and managing risk would be desirable. You will recognise each person s potential and be determined to help them build a fulfilling life.
