About the Role
We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to support individuals living in their own homes across Staines, Byfleet and Egham.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
- Supporting clients with medication in accordance with their care plans
- Preparing meals and assisting with eating and drinking
- Supporting mobility and the safe use of mobility equipment
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with light household duties
- Supporting clients with appointments, shopping and community activities
- Accurately completing care records and daily notes
- Reporting any concerns or changes in a client's health or wellbeing
- Promoting each client's dignity, independence, choice and privacy
- Following safeguarding, health and safety, and infection-control procedures
Requirements
- Previous care experience is desirable, although full training may be provided
- A caring, patient and respectful approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and the ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including some evenings and weekends
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required due to the community-based nature of the role
- Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check and relevant employment checks
- Applicants must already have the unrestricted right to work in the UK
