We are currently working with Stoke-On-Trent to find an experienced Social Worker for their 14 - 17 Children in Care Team within Children s Services. The Corporate Parenting Team works with looked after young people aged , supporting them through adolescence and helping them prepare positively and safely for adulthood and leaving care.
