Pay & Progression
Starting salary: £39,500
12-month review: +£1,000 (based on quality, attendance and performance)
Training approval bonus: +£1,000 within your first 6 months
Annual performance bonus: up to 15%, assessed quarterly

What You'll Need
Active NMC or HCPC registration, with 1+ year post-registration experience
Confidence with scenario-based clinical assessment, typed and screen-shared
Typing speed of 35wpm+
Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS and compliance checks (6-week lead time before start)
Availability to complete the full training pathway, including the Leeds induction
