Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire teams

  • Ensure staffing levels, mandatory training, and evidence-informed practice support high-quality support delivery.
  • Maintain effective communication with local authorities, social workers, personal advisers, families (where appropriate), education providers, healthcare professionals, and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes.
  • Monitor and review young people's progress, adapting support plans to reflect changing needs and aspirations.
  • Ensure safeguarding procedures are fully implemented and promote a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for all young people.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative systems in accordance with regulatory requirements.
