Home Instead Norfolk are expanding their team and looking for caring, compassionate Elderly Befriender Care Assistants to support clients living at home with a range of needs throughout Norfolk and Cambridge and in your local area.

Profession: Elderly Befriender Care Assistant
Pay: £15 per hour (£16.81 earned wage including holiday pay) with working availability during the week and alternate weekends

With clients needing a mixture of morning, afternoon and evening support. We currently need Elderly Befriender with availability to support our clients between 7am and 10pm, the more availability you have, the more client visits we are able to allocate to you. We accept availability of 7am 2pm, 7am 6pm, 9am 10pm, 2pm 10pm, 6pm 10pm, and 7am 10pm (preferred).
All our Elderly Befrienders work alternate weekends to ensure continuity of care to our clients and typically work between hours per week depending on your requirements.
We're looking for candidates who may already have experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Elderly Befriender or in Domiciliary Care.
We would also love to hear from anyone who has experience caring for loved ones or been a volunteer. We would encourage you to apply as an Elderly Befriender Care Assistant with Home Instead as full training and support will be given.
