Team Leader £27,000 - £27,500 DOE Ceredigion BRC are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join a supportive mental health service in Ceredigion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced support worker or senior practitioner to lead a team supporting individuals experiencing mental ill-health, homelessness and complex needs. Key responsibilities include: Leading and supporting a team of support workers Coordinating day-to-day service delivery, caseloads and rotas Supporting staff with risk, safeguarding and complex situations Working closely with health, social care and other partner agencies Supporting staff with induction, supervision and development Monitoring records, outcomes and quality of service delivery Taking part in an on-call rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays Experience Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification, or working towards Level 4/5 Leadership & Management Experience within mental health, health or social care Experience supporting or leading staff Good understanding of safeguarding and risk management Strong communication, organisation and report-writing skills Full driving licence and access to a vehicle Social Care Wales registration desirable This role would suit someone who is passionate about supporting people with complex needs, enjoys leading and supporting a team, and wants to make a genuine difference to the people they work with.
