Contract: Permanent
Location: New Bradley Hall, Compton Drive, Kingswinford, DY6 9NS 35 hours a week
Various other schemes around the Black Country 5 hours a week
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £13.68 per hour

We are looking for a reliable, practical, and proactive Maintenance Assistant to help maintain our care home and care schemes to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in creating safe, comfortable, and welcoming environments for our residents, tenants, visitors, and staff.
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the upkeep of our buildings, grounds, fixtures, and equipment, helping to ensure that our properties remain safe, clean, and compliant at all times
