About the Role

The Role

Essential Experience & Qualifications

You will also require:

  • Appropriate registration with the SSSC.
  • SVQ Level 4 in Social Care or be working towards this qualification.
  • Proven experience coordinating care staff, rotas and schedules.
  • Previous experience working within a regulated care environment.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential.
  • Good knowledge of care plans, compliance and quality standards.
  • Health & Safety, First Aid, Food Hygiene and Moving & Handling training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good verbal and written English.
