Hours: Full time. Shifts are 3pm 11pm and 10am 11pm, plus sleep ins, on a 6 week rolling rota for stability

We are looking for a compassionate and driven Deputy Home Manager to join our 4-bed children's home in Bracknell to support the Registered Manager to deliver outstanding care to our young people, ensuring the home provides a safe, stable and nurturing environment where young people feel supported and valued.
