Salary: Equivalent to NJC PO1, Point 27 £38,220

Homeless Connect delivers FareShare in NI, working to reduce food waste, tackle food insecurity and support communities across Northern Ireland. The Community Programmes & Partnership Manager will lead the development, operation and growth of the Community Kitchen and Training Hub, creating opportunities for people to build practical food skills, maximise the use of surplus food and improve understanding of nutrition, food waste and food poverty. The postholder will lead the delivery of training, community engagement and capacity-building programmes for Community Food Members, participants and people accessing Homeless Connect services. They will also develop corporate engagement opportunities that support the Hub's sustainability, working closely with the Income Generation Manager to strengthen partnerships, generate income and maximise social impact.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the postholder will line manage the Community Chef and be responsible for the Hub's performance, budget management, income targets and ongoing development.
