Our client is seeking Adult Support Workers for temporary positions within residential settings across the BN15 area in West Sussex. The role offers flexible shift patterns including long-day shifts, night shifts, and part-time or full-time options, with an hourly rate starting at £13.68 and increasing based on the shifts you're allocated.

Preferred Requirements
Proven experience working with adults with learning difficulties and autism
Ability to provide compassionate, person-centred support in a residential setting
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with service users
Flexibility to work varied shift patterns, including nights and long-day shifts
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing and independence of the people you support
Preferred Qualifications
Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, or equivalent experience
Current DBS clearance or willingness to undergo DBS screening
First Aid at Work or Health and Safety First Aid certification is desirable
