This is a high-priority, temp-to-perm recruitment initiative, and we are looking to expedite the hiring process for qualified candidates ready to make a meaningful impact. We have six full-time and part-time positions available across community and residential settings in Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline, Cowdenbeath, and Cardenden.
Successful candidates will receive a starting rate of 13.45 per hour, increasing to 13.67 post-engagement, with clear progression pathways up to 14.15 per hour. Additionally, we provide 107.60 for every sleepover shift worked.
