Our client Lincolnshire county council is looking for an Adults Qualified Practitioner to join their Safeguarding Team.
As a Safeguarding Officer, you will play a critical role in protecting adults at risk, working within a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. You will operate under the guidance of Safeguarding Principal Practitioners, delivering statutory safeguarding functions in line with the Care Act 2014 and Lincolnshire's multi-agency safeguarding procedures.
This is a highly rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will lead and coordinate safeguarding enquiries and make the initial determination as to whether or not our legal duty has been met, working collaboratively with partner agencies to respond to concerns of abuse or neglect. Using a strengths-based and person-centred approach, you will ensure that individuals remain at the heart of all decisions, promoting choice, control, and positive outcomes.
