Help shape brighter futures for children and young people at Hockley House.
Hockley House is a pioneering new children's home in Romsey, supporting young people aged 12-18 with complex emotional, behavioural and mental health needs. As Hampshire's first residential home to bring together social care, healthcare and education in one setting, our specialist team provides intensive, trauma-informed support to help children build stability, resilience and the skills they need to thrive.
Joining Hockley House as a Waking Night Support Worker is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new service. Working alongside residential, health and education professionals, you'll help create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can rest, feel secure and build positive relationships while remaining connected to their families and communities, supporting them towards greater independence and brighter futures.
